(Minghui.org) I recently came across a notice published on July 24, 2025, by the Political and Legal Affairs Committee in Xiantao City, Hubei Province. The notice offered rewards ranging from 50 to 2,000 yuan to locals who report on Falun Dafa practitioners—whether they are seen talking to others about the persecution or simply speaking to another practitioner. The notice was to take effect on August 1, 2025.
As the Fa-rectification is coming to an end, why do we continue to face such rampant persecution? I’d like to share some of my thoughts.
As Fa-rectification is quickly progressing to the human level, the evil factors in other dimensions are attempting to entice more sentient beings to commit sins against Dafa and eventually go down with the Chinese Communist Party. The ultimate goal is to destroy sentient beings.
Over the past 26 years, the evil factors in other dimensions have never stopped in their efforts to interfere with Fa-rectification and the salvation of sentient beings.
Master taught us,
“I’ve told you that poison is poisonous, and you can’t make it non-poisonous, can you? You can’t, since it is poisonous by nature.” (“Fa Teaching at the 2015 West Coast Fa Conference,” Collected Fa Teachings, Vol. XIII)
Secondly, I have observed that local practitioners are becoming more lax in their cultivation and the attachment to living a comfortable life is getting stronger. Some have passed away, some have moved to other cities to make a living, and some are tied up with family affairs. A few have even stopped cultivating altogether, or gone to the dark side. Among those who still persist in cultivation, some struggle to overcome certain attachments for a long time and don’t behave like a cultivator.
Thirdly, some practitioners were unable to remain diligent in their cultivation. Over time, their passion for raising awareness about the persecution diminishes and is gradually replaced by the attachment to comfort. In order to keep up with the progress of Fa-rectification, we must deepen our understanding of the Fa, continue to cultivate our compassion and rationality, and conscientiously do the three things well.
Fourthly, we no longer work together like one body as we once did. In the past, whenever a practitioner was arrested, the rest of us responded immediately, by going to the police station to seek their release, mailing letters or calling the police, submitting the persecution case to Minghui.org, hiring lawyers for the practitioners, sending righteous thoughts near the police stations, or finding other ways to clarify the facts. We were a strong team that deterred the evil and helped alleviate the persecution. However, collaboration among practitioners has weakened and we also have less success in rescuing practitioners.
We are now in the last leg of Fa-rectification, and I hope all local practitioners will continue to advance diligently in cultivation, form an indestructible one body, break through the persecution, save even more sentient beings, and help guide them toward a bright future.
