【大紀元2025年08月11日訊】編者按：全球退出中共服務中心（Global Service Center for Quitting CCP Center）美東時間8月10日在紐約法拉盛舉行盛大集會，慶祝全球退出中共黨、團、隊在8月3日突破4.5億人。
2004年11月《大紀元時報》系列社論《九評共產黨》發表後掀起退出中共大潮。經過近21年的退出中共浪潮，億萬中國人覺醒，與歷史上最邪惡的魔教——中國共產黨決裂，脫離它、棄絕它，選擇良知和正義。
下面是全球退出中共服務中心、追查國際主席汪志遠的發言《中共是國家恐怖組織 ，是禍害人類的惡魔》：
各位嘉賓、各位自由世界的捍衛者，女士們、先生們：
首先，祝賀4.5億中國同胞勇敢地退出了中共的黨、團、隊組織，他們選擇了光明的未來，同時，慶祝30多個國家，近500萬人簽署[End CCP打倒中共惡魔]，他們站在了正義的一邊，為悍衛人類的道義良知做出了貢獻！
今天，我站在這裡，不是為了某一種意識形態，而是作為人類良知與普世道義的見證者！
我來這裡，是為了與各位一起呼籲：我們及全球各界朋友，必須挺身而出，與全球正義力量共同揭露、制裁、終結中共——這個國家恐怖組織！禍害人類的惡魔！
讓我開門見山地說：
一、中共不是政黨——它是披著主權外衣的跨國犯罪集團，是用國家機器維繫暴力、輸出恐怖的國家恐怖組織！
它對中國人民發動了一波又一波群體滅絕迫害——三反、五反、反右、大饑荒、文革浩劫、六四屠殺、活摘器官、網絡洗腦。這不是歷史的灰燼，這是正在燃燒的地獄烈火！
尤其是近26年，中共對信仰「真、善、忍」的法輪功學員進行大規模地、系統性地迫害——是當代納粹行徑的代表！特別是中共活摘器官是「這個星球上從末有過的罪惡」。
根據《追查國際》報告，截至2023年10月，已有866份錄音證實中共高層直接下令活摘法輪功學員器官，許多證詞來自中共軍隊醫院，甚至，中共中央政治局常委的授權。
這不是單一罪行，這是國家級的群體滅絕，是恐怖主義！
二、中共的跨國鎮壓，已將恐怖主義，延伸到美國本土和國際社會
當前，中共集一國之力，對法輪功正在進行全球範圍的跨國鎮壓。在美國，在加拿大，在歐洲——中共發動了輿論戰、法律戰、信息戰，以及超限戰的多種恐怖手段，意圖封殺真相，抹黑法輪功，攻擊神韻藝術團、大紀元，恐嚇美國本土公民，直接威脅著人類的安全！等等，這是典型的國家恐怖組織行為！
2025年4月29日，紐約法拉盛，我們全球退黨中心的真相攤位，遭到一名中共支持者暴力襲擊。此前十天，我們連續收到8封恐嚇信，內容包含：「炸彈」、「槍擊掃射」「開車撞擊」、「火燒法輪功寺廟」、「綁架支持者」，等等。
這不是偶然，這是中共跨國恐怖主義的冰山一角！
同一時期，紐約王后區多家圖書館也收到類似炸彈威脅，只是因為他們敢於支持法輪功相關文化活動。
我們有證據：這些威脅來自中國大陸與中共滲透的海外IP地址。
女士們、先生們，中共把迫害輸出到全世界，不只是為了壓制信仰，而是妄圖達到其全球稱霸的戰略野心！美國不能再沉默！自由世界不能再容忍！
我們強烈呼籲：將中共正式列為「外國恐怖組織（FTO）」！
三、《常識》告訴我們自由的界限，《動物農莊》揭示共產極權的真面目
托馬斯・潘恩在《常識》中寫道：「政府存在的唯一目的，是保護人的自由與安全；當它背離這一目的時，它就不再合法。」
那麼，中共——這個綁架人民思想、禁止信仰、不能退出、不能質疑的政權——早已喪失其任何合法性！
喬治・奧威爾筆下的《動物農莊》，正是中共的寫照：
表面說「為人民服務」，實則高層獨裁；
今天的中國，不是農莊，而是用AI監控的紅色監獄！
四、三退大潮：中國人對自由與信仰的精神覺醒
2004年，《九評共產黨》掀起真相革命。隨後，「三退大潮」—-退出中共黨、團、隊的道德選擇自我救贖運動在全球展開，迄今已有超過4億5千萬人勇敢地聲明退黨！
三退，不是形式，而是靈魂的救贖！

Today,I am standing here not as aspokesperson for apolitical party,not for aparticular ideology,but as awitness to human conscience and universal morality!
I’m here to call out with you:
We and our friends from all walks of life around the world must step forward and join forces with the global forces of justice to expose,sanction,and put an end to the Chinese Communist Party,a state-sponsored terrorist organization and ademon that harms humanity!
let me go straight to the point:
I.The CCP is not apolitical party–it is atransnational criminal enterprise cloaked in the guise of sovereign power,a state-sponsored terrorist organization that uses the state apparatus to sustain violence and export terror!
It has launched wave after wave of genocide against the Chinese people–the Three Antis,the Five Antis,the Anti-Rightist Movement,the Cultural Revolution,the Great Famine,the June 4th Massacre,live organ harvesting,and online brainwashing.This is not the ashes of history;it is aburning inferno!
In particular,over the past 26 years,the CCP has carried out large-scale,systematic persecution of Falun Gong practitioners who believe in”Truthfulness,Compassion,and Forbearance”–a manifestation of modern-day Nazi behavior!Live organ harvesting,in particular,is”a crime unprecedented on this planet.”
According to areport by the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong(WOIPFG),as of October 2023,866 audio recordings had confirmed that high-ranking CCP officials directly ordered the live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners.Many testimonies came from Chinese military hospitals,and even from the authorization of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CCP Central Committee.
This is not just asingle crime;it is national-level genocide,it is terrorism!
II.We have sounded the alarm to the U.S.Congress:The CCP terrorism has entered American homeland
Currently,the CCP regime is using the power of the whole state to carry out aglobal and transnational suppression of Falun Gong.In the United States,in Canada,and Europe,the CCP has launched avariety of terrorist means such as public opinion wars,legal wars,information wars,and unrestricted wars,intending to suppress the truth,discredit Falun Gong,attack the Shenyun Performing Art and the Epoch Times,and intimidate American citizens,directly threatening human safety!All of these are typical behaviors of astate terrorist organization!
On April 29,2025,our truth booth at the Global Quitting the Party Center in Flushing,New York,was violently attacked by a CCP supporter.Ten days prior,we received eight threatening letters,including threats of”bombing,””shooting,””car ramming,””burning Falun Gong temples,”and”kidnapping supporters.”
These are no accidents;they represent just the tip of the iceberg of CCP’s transnational terrorism!
Meanwhile,several libraries in Queens,New York,received similar bomb threats simply for supporting Falun Gong-related cultural activities.
We have evidence:These threats originated from mainland China and overseas IP addresses infiltrated by the CCP.
The CCP exports persecution worldwide,not only to suppress faith but also to pursue its strategic goal of global dominance!
The United States cannot remain silent any longer!
We strongly call for the official designation of the CCP as a”Foreign Terrorist Organization(FTO)”!
III.Common Sense Shows Us the Limits of Freedom,and Animal Farm Reveals the True Face of Communist Totalitarianism.
Thomas Paine wrote in Common Sense:”Government exists for the sole purpose of securing the liberty and security of man;when it departs from this purpose,it ceases to be legitimate.”
Then the CCP–a regime that hijacks people’s thoughts,prohibits belief,and prohibits withdrawal and questioning–has long since lost any legitimacy!
George Orwell’s”Animal Farm”is aperfect portrayal of the Chinese Communist Party:
On the surface,it claims to”serve the people,”but in reality,it is adictatorship at the top level;
Today’s China is not afarm,but ared prison monitored by AI!
IV.The Gigantic Wave of Three Withdrawals:A Chinese People’s Spiritual Awakening of Freedom and Faith
In 2004,the publication of”Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party”sparked arevolution in truth.
Since then,the”Three Withdrawals Movement”–the moral choice to withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party,the Communist Youth League,and the Young Pioneers–has spread globally.To date,over 450 million people have bravely declared their withdrawal from the Chinese communist organizations!
The Three Withdrawals is not aformality,but the salvation of the soul!
Since 2005,the Global Service Center for Quitting the CCP has been helping Chinese people around the world regain their dignity by issuing Quitting the Party Certificate–not just apiece of paper,but adeclaration of separation from the CCP and acommitment to freedom and afuture!
Today,more and more Chinese are quitting the Party using their real names–this is apeaceful revolution!

We stand at the center of ahistoric storm–the CCP is collapsing,and the world is awakening!
